No, you don't have to register in order to see the property list online.

Yes, you have to be registered at Dop & Dop Consultancy, all documentation will be discussed and you have to agree with all the general conditions (registration form).

Do I have lots of options after viewing a property?

Definitely! The probability of being selected for a specific property is reasonable to good. We are able to inform you of the possibilities straight away. Besides that, we consider your specific requirements and wishes. It can happen that other people as well as yourself are also interested in the same property. Throughout the process, people may withdraw their interest if the property does not suit their requirements. Dop & Dop Consultancy advises both the landlord and the possible tenants, but in the end the final decision regarding the tenancy lies with the landlord.

Hoe does a viewing work?

When you find a property you would like to view an estate agent of Dop & Dop Consultancy will meet you at the specified address. You dont have any means of transportation? In that case it is possible to arrange a lift from one of our estate agents. You will drive round the city in order to view available properties.

How do I stay informed about the latest property offers?

Frequently visit our website. It is wise to visit the Dop & Dop Consultancy website a few times a week. You can view all the most recently listed properties. When you are registered as property seeker you will be automatically informed as soon as a property is available that suites your requirements (see, e-mail service).

Not everybody has access to a PC, thats why we will try to contact you as soon as an interesting property becomes available. You obviously increase your options if you call us regularly.

What to do in case of a difference of opinion

Dop & Dop Consultancy offers you exclusive properties from reputable and carefully selected landlords. Unfortunately after concluding a contract and during the rental period, a difference of opinion can occur between the landlord and the tenant. Dop & Dop Consultancy will renounce involvement, if attempts to resolve the differences between the landlord and the tenant fail. Dop & Dop Consultancy as a Third Party does not have the legal rights to seek a suitable solution to the disagreement, although all reasonable attempts will be made.

Is a written rental agreement required?

Although a verbal agreement is legally binding, it is certainly advisable to construct a written agreement. In the case of disagreements the tenant and the landlord are both able to verify the original agreements written in the contract. For example, you know how and when a contract can be cancelled.

Must the contents of the property be listed?

It is recommended but you are not obligated to make an inventory list at the beginning of the rental period. At the end of the rental period the tenant and the landlord can prove from the inventory list (that is attached to the rental contract), if damage occurred during the rental period, or if it already existed. In this way it is easy to determine any compensation costs to be paid by the tenant to the landlord.
